Wern-y-Marchog Bungalow is a well modernised three bedroom detached bungalow situated in a rural location approximately 4 miles from the market town of Brecon. The property dates back to1969 and has been recently refurbished and benefits from UPVC double glazing, electric storage heaters and fitted carpets throughout and a modern stylish kitchen. Decorated to a high standard the property is ideal for a family holiday. It is the perfect base for a restful de-stressing break whatever the weather or for active exploration of the surrounding unspoilt countryside with walking and cycling from the doorstep.
THE BUNGALOW: (sleeps 6) The property comprises the following:- Kitchen - Extremely well equipped with fitted units, pine dresser, table and chairs. Electric cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, radio and T.V. Quality portmeirion china, a good selection of cookware, saucepans, kitchen utensils and cutlery. Sitting room - The large window in this room makes the sitting room light and airy with breathtaking panoramic views across the rolling fields and woodland into the valley beyond. It is tastefully furnished with co-ordinating fabrics, cushions and curtains. Soft leather sofas and easy chair. A large screen SKY T.V. Video/DVD combi and Hi-fi. A very efficient real flame electric fire.
Bedrooms - There are two attractively decorated double bedrooms and a twin bedroom.
Shower room/toilet - There is a shower cubicle with power shower, wash hand basin, shaver socket and wall heater. Separate toilet. Gardens - At the front of the property is a large enclosed lawn and to the rear is a patio with garden seating, bbq, a lockable storage shed and a rotary clothes airer. There is private parking for two cars and also a well maintained lawned area with a variety of plants and shrubs. Adjoining is an enclosed childrens play area. There is a wonderful view of the mountain that leads upto Pen-y-fan, the highest peak in the Brecon Beacons. .
