This farm house farm holiday cottage has been cleverly divided into two completely self contained apartments with their own individual entrance but interlinking by an internal door making a very spacious family sized property which can be used jointly for larger families or groups to accommodate a maximum of 8 people.

GROUND FLOOR HOLIDAY APARTMENT (sleeps 2/4)
A lovely family kitchen with oak fitted units and an oil fired Rayburn, set in an inglenook fireplace which provides plenty of hot water and full central heating making this a warm and comfortable place to stay in the winter months. There is a long pine dining table which will seat 10, old oak church pews and a lovely welsh dresser. An electric ceramic hob, double oven and grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is ample work surface and storage space in the well equipped kitchen. A colour T.V., radio and views out over the well kept garden.

A cosy sitting room with colour T.V. and video, a very comfortable sofa bed and easy chairs. A choice of either an open wood fire with logs provided or if preferred there is a very efficient electric fire.

There is one bedroom with a double bed with a new, very good quality mattress. A shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin, and toilet.

In the porch near the front door there is a drying area for muddy boots and wet clothes.
Ample parking space on the courtyard.
Private enclosed sunny garden at the back of the house with patio, bar-be-que and garden seating.
Rotary clothes airer.
