ALL HOLIDAY PROPERTIES:
Personally supervised by the resident owner with great attention being paid to the comfort of visitors with cleanliness guaranteed.  Home from home comforts and a high standard of decor maintained.

All bed linen included in the price (except for cots). Welsh blankets and duvets provided.

Guests are requested to bring their own towels and tea towels.

Cot, high chair and baby bath available on request.

Quality china, saucepans, cutlery and cooking utensils etc in all properties.  Iron and Ironing board are provided.

Local maps, guides and leaflets provided.
Selection of books and magazines for your enjoyment.

Guests pay phone and mobile telephone reception(variable).
Electricity is charged per units used.

No smoking allowed in the properties.
Ample parking on the courtyard.
A separate communal safe children’s play area with swing, slide and toys.

Well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement only at £20 per pet per week.

Saturday changeover day from 3 pm unless otherwise agreed.
